Citizens Who Care presents its 20th annual benefit concert, “ ‘s Wonderful: The Great Lyrics of Ira Gershwin,” Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 18-19, at the Veterans’ Memorial Theater, 203 E. 14th St. Performances are at 7 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday.
