New concert series debuts this autumn

Tickets go on sale Monday for the Davis Community Services DepartmentÕs fall concert series.

The series will begin Sept. 11 with the Urban Sherpas. Subsequent performers will include Tree-O, Matt and George, the Pleasant Valley Boys, Hardwater, Riff Nimble and The Neighbors.

All concerts will take place at 6:30 p.m. at the VeteransÕ Memorial Theater, 203 E. 14th St., Davis.

Series tickets are $35. Individual tickets are $8 if purchased in advance; tickets at the door will be $10. Tickets are available at Armadillo Music and other downtown venues.
