Sting in the tail
The Scorpions will deliver their legendary hard rock during a concert at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 4, at Raley Field, 400 Ballpark Drive, West Sacramento. The band is stopping at Raley Field as part of its ÒGet Your Sting and BlackoutÓ world tour, and the opening act will be Ratt. The Scorpions are known around the world for their arena-style hard rock, and have sold more than 100 million records. Their hits include ÒRock You Like a Hurricane,Ó ÒWind of ChangeÓ and ÒNo One Like You.Ó The band members are touring in support of their newest and final album, ÒSting in the Tail,Ó after which they plan to retire in style.
