Swanson has mom credentials
Davis
We have the opportunity to elect someone to the City Council who is uniquely qualified to help Davis. That person is Rochelle Swanson.
As a working mom, she shares some of my same concerns about the future of Davis. We both are concerned about our cityÕs finances; maintaining quality schools, parks and playgrounds; and issues regarding the safety of our children and of all citizens. We are concerned about the quality of life for us, and that which we are passing to our children. We are both parents and have a stake in the future of Davis.
Rochelle is someone who will listen to all sides of an issue before making a decision, and does not make her choices based on a pre-existing agenda. Rochelle has a demonstrable past of community service, as president of the Davis High School Blue & White Foundation, and a member of the Davis Rotary Club, where her activities supporting RotaryÕs Child Abuse Prevention Program are paramount to its success.
Rochelle is a candidate who is thinking about today and the future and, if elected, she would be the only mom on the council. Please join me and other moms in casting your vote for Rochelle Swanson for Davis City Council.
