Michelle Lynn Domen and Erick Andrew Flint, both of Chippewa Falls, Wis., were married on Aug. 28, 2010, at Landmark Christian Church in Chippewa Falls, Wis.

The bride is the daughter of Mike and Kathy Domen of Ridgeland, S.C., and formerly of Davis.

A 1986 graduate of Davis High School, she is employed as a machine operator with Hutchinson Technology in Eau Claire, Wis. She was a member of the U.S. Army from 1986 to 1994.

The groom is the son of Don and Betty Flint of Ironwood, Mich.

He is a 1988 graduate of Bloomer High School in Bloomer, Wis. He graduated from University of Wisconsin at Eau Claire in 1994.

He is employed as a medical claims professor with United Health Group in Eau Claire. He was a member of the U.S. Army from 1987 to 1995.

The wedding was officiated by the Rev. Brad Crocker.

The maid of honor was Andrea Buckwalter of Chippewa Falls, the daughter of the bride.

The bridesmaid was Cindy Flint of Menomonie, Wis., the sister-in-law of the groom.

The best man was Ed Flint of Menomonie, the brother of the groom.

The groomsman was Michael Flint of Maple Grove, Minn., the cousin of the groom.

The ushers were Justin Buckwalter and Micah OÕNeill, both of Chippewa Falls.

The ceremony was followed by a reception at Landmark Christian Church in Chippewa Falls.

Entertainment was provided by Fred Sumnicht of Menomonie, a friend of the bride and groom.

The groom made all the bridal jewelry, including necklaces, earrings and the bracelet.

The couple honeymooned in Upper Peninsula, Mich., where they saw such sights as the Lake of the Clouds, Summit Peak, Lake Superior and Ontonogan Lighthouse.

They reside in Chippewa Falls.

This year was very special for the bride: She not only got married, but her son graduated from high school, and sheÕs going to become a grandma when her daughter gives birth in December.
