All artists who live in Davis are invited to join the Davis Art Studio Tour.

This is an opportunity for new and established artists to show their creations, sell art and develop new fans throughout the region. The tour will run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, April 13-14. This is not a juried event; all artists are welcome. The deadline for application is Jan. 20.

Each artist also will have one example of their work exhibited at a show April 4-16 at The Artery, 207 G St. in downtown Davis. A gala reception for all artists on the tour will be held during the Second Friday ArtAbout on Friday, April 12.

Applications are available at The Artery. For more information, contact Vicki Plutchok at [email protected] or 530-758-2032, or Marie-Therese Brown at [email protected] or 530-757-2955.

Eighteen artists are already signed up, and organizers hope to attract 30 artists altogether. They are Del Almeida, Philippe Gandiol, Sara Post, Thomas Post, Emma Luna, Cynthia Martin Kroener, Marie-Therese Brown, Phil Gross, Alejandro Rubio, Christopher Dewees, Beth Winfield, Hannah Hunter, Magdalene Crivelli, Jean Cunningham, Alison Smith, Vicki Plutchok, Bob Plutchock and Anne Lincoln.
