Sundstrom Hill Winery will host Biscuits ‘n Honey this week for Wine’d Down Thursday festivities. The winery, 2744 Del Rio Place in Mace Ranch, will be open from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday for music, tasting and sales.

Appearing for the first time at the winery, Biscuits ‘n Honey play bluegrass/folk music with close vocal harmonies and first-rate acoustic musicianship.

Lead guitarist Kurt Roggli has performed with Akimbo! a popular world-beat band, as well as reggae and blues bands. He is also half of the acoustic duo Me & Him. Dianna Craig sings with Frankie and the Fabletones, a doo-wop group, and was one of the female singers with Akimbo! She is also part of the Voice of the Wood duo.

Ron Cowden on upright bass has played everything from jazz to Caribbean to Elvis. He added singing to his musical repertoire and supplies the third harmony voice to Biscuits ‘n Honey.

For more information, call the winery at 530-574-1296 or visit www.sundstromhill.com.
