Celebrate Valentine’s Day by dancing in the streets

Looking for a new way to celebrate Valentine’s Day? Think about joining the dance/flash mob in downtown Davis as it performs to the classic “L-O-V-E,” on Second Friday’s heArt About. Choreographer Pamela Trokanski will teach two free classes to everyone who would like to learn the dance and perform it downtown.

Classes are from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 7, and 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 8 at the Pamela Trokanski Dance Workshop, 2720 Del Rio Place in Davis. For more information, call 530-756-3949.

Bring a friend, a family member or significant other and learn the dance, Trokanski says. “The choreography is easy to learn and fun to perform,” she adds. “If you don’t have a partner, you can find one at the class.”
