Concerts benefit Davis school music programs

The 24th annual Harmony in Our Lives benefit for Davis school music programs will take place on Sunday, Nov. 11, at 1:30 and 4:15 p.m. at the Brunelle Performance Hall at Davis High School, 315 W. 14th St.

Each show will feature several local choirs, with the 1:30 p.m. performance showcasing the César Chávez Elementary, Willett Elementary and Davis High Madrigal choirs, among others, and the second show featuring the Davis Children’s Chorale, St. James School and Davis High Advanced Treble and Davis High Jazz choirs, among others.

The West Valley Barbershop Chorus will take the stage at both shows, and both performances will honor the Harmony in Our Lives award winner, the Davis Pickers and Singers.

Tickets are $10 adults and $5 students. Only cash and checks are accepted. Tickets are available at The Avid Reader, 617 Second St., or at the box office before the shows.
