Frankie & the Fabletones celebrate their 100th gig by bring their rock ‘n’ roll oldies to Picnic in the Park on Wednesday in Central Park. Frankie & the Fabletones features vocalists Chris Sanborn, Heidi Bekebrede, Frank Fox and Dianna Craig; bassist Steve O’Neil; pianist Sergei Shkurkin; drummer Nick Carajal; and guitarist Noah Wolfe.

The Davis Farmers Market is open from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Visitors are invited to bring a picnic dinner or buy one at the food fair. Soroptimists will pour beer and wine to raise money for local charities.

Children’s entertainment includes Central Park’s bicycle-powered carousel, Rocknasium’s climbing structure, bounce houses, face-painting, pony rides by Greenwich Acres and balloon maker Dilly Dally the Clown.
