The Mondavi Center will screen the San Francisco Opera’s production of “La Rondine” (”The Swallow”) on Thursday (Feb. 17) at 8 p.m. in Jackson Hall.
Star soprano Angela Gheorghiu made her much anticipated San Francisco Opera debut in this 2007 production of the three act opera by Puccini (which was first performed in Monte Carlo in 1917). This production is set in Paris and the Riviera during the 1920s. There will be one intermission.
