The Thursday Live! concert on Thursday, Aug. 2,  will feature Hardwater and The Mike Justis Band.

Hardwater is a Davis-based band performing original songs and covers, bringing unusual musical impulses to a diverse mix of tunes from the Beatles, Bob Dylan and the Grateful Dead to Counting Crows, Barenaked Ladies and the Dave Matthews Band. The sound is a mélange of rock, blues, folk and roots.

The Mike Justis Band performs blues, folk and rock music, guaranteed to make listeners want to sing out loud and tap their feet.

Thursday Live! takes place at the Odd Fellows Hall, 415 Second St. in downtown Davis. Admission is free to the all-ages event, but donations are accepted with gratitude. Refreshments are available for purchase.
