From page A11 | July 09, 2014 |

The featured musician at Wine’d Down Thursday on July 10 is Noah Wolfe, a Los Angeles-based, Davis-raised guitarist, composer and arranger.

Currently studying jazz performance and composition at Cal State Northridge, Wolfe plays in a number of different ensembles, both independently and through the school.

Growing up in Davis, he played with local groups such as Frankie and the Fabletones and the Davis High School Jazz Band, among other endeavors. Home for summer, Wolfe is here to share his music around the area.

Sundstrom Hill Winery will be open from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday and is at 2744 Del Rio Place in Mace Ranch. The winery also will be releasing its 2012 Walker Vineyard Zinfandel, which received a silver medal in the California State Fair wine competition.

For more information, visit www.sundstromhill.com or call 530-574-1296.
