Pence Gallery hosts Figure Drawing Group

By From page A7 | June 05, 2014

Experienced and novice artists are welcome to join the Pence Gallery’s Figure Drawing Group, which meets from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month to draw from a live, nude model.

This is not a class, and no instruction is provided. Participants work at their own pace and comfort level. Those interested should bring their own drawing paper and graphite, charcoal, pastel, conte crayon, watercolor paint or ink.

The cost is $14 per session, and space is limited. Sign up online at www.meetup.com/davisfigure, stop by the Pence Gallery at 212 D St. in downtown Davis or call the gallery at 530-758-3370.
