It’s the same old story you know so well — an evil queen, a poisoned apple, a beautiful princess — but with a few new twists: a mirrored magician, some mysterious mermaids, a zombie army and seven eccentric …pirates? Climb aboard for some swashbuckling fun in the summer sun as Fairytale Town presents “Snow White & the 7 Pirates,” the latest production from its popular and successful Fairytale Town Troupers program. Young actors ages 5 to 17 will present this original new stageplay live on the Mother Goose Stage. Laughter, sword-play and silliness abound and, best of all, performances are free (with paid park admission). Performances are at noon and 1 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays, June 11-12, 18-19 and 25-26. Fairytale Town is at 3901 Land Park Drive in Sacramento. Weekend general admission is $4.50; members and children 1 and under are free.
