Rigney & Flambeau spice up The Palms on Saturday

By
From page A8 | April 10, 2013 |

Tom Rigney & Flambeau will bring their Cajun-flavored and irresistibly danceable music to The Palms Playhouse at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. Tickets are $20.

Fiery violinist/composer Rigney joins forces with some of the finest musicians on the San Francisco music scene to form Tom Rigney & Flambeau. Rigney composes most of Fambeau’s songs, although the shows are spiced with classics from the Cajun/zydeco/New Orleans songbook.

Rigney, who plays the violin, is joined by Danny Caron (electric guitar), Caroline Dahl (keyboard, accordion), Steve Parks (bass) and Brent Rampone (drums).

Tickets for Tom Rigney & Flambeau’s show at The Palms Playhouse, 13 Main St. in downtown Winters, are available at Armadillo Music in Davis, Watermelon Music branch in Woodland, Pacific Ace Hardware in Winters and at the door if not sold out.
