By From page A11 | April 23, 2013

Deux K 30 and blues duo Keith Jordan and Kevin Radley will play a complimentary concert from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at RootStock, 22 Main St. in Winters.

Jordan and Radley have been musical collaborators for 30 years. Their music draws on the influences deeply rooted in the rich American musical landscape of blues, country, soul and the occasional country hollar. Both musicians play a variety of instruments including; electric, acoustic and baritone guitars, harp, percussion and the unruly “cigarbox guitar,” which Radley calls the“Hill-Billy Telecaster.”

Playing both original songs and covers, Deux K 30 celebrates the time-honored themes of love, loss and redemption performed in the spirit of the Jook Joint Jam. Deux K 30 brings the music the audience brings the fun.
