Teen bands showcased at Summer Attack! concert

Five teen bands will end their summer vacations on a high note next week, taking over the Davis Art Center’s indoor stage to present an evening of creative rock and roll. The third annual Summer Attack! teen concert begins at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 20, at 1919 F St.

Admission is $7 with entry into a raffle for lots of prizes, or $5 without a raffle ticket.

Performers are folk-punk singer/songwriter Parie Wood of Sacramento; Davis-based Crow Canyon; Downhill From Here, an indie rock band; local rockers Uncle Tony; and Exhale, a band based in Roseville.
