Travis Brass band to play at WOH

Travis Brass — the multi-talented brass group of the U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West — will perform a free concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 18, at the Woodland Opera House, 340 Second St. in Woodland.
From a standard march or traditional brass composition to jazz, ragtime and the popular music of today, this group’s diverse repertoire covers myriad styles to exhilarate audiences.

Throughout the West Coast, Travis Brass focuses on educational outreach through hands-on clinics, master classes and interactive concerts for aspiring musicians of all ages. These artists are active-duty professional musicians working in support of Air Mobility Command and the surrounding communities.

No tickets or reservations are required. Seating will start at approximately 7 p.m. For more information, call the Woodland Opera House box office at 530-666-9617.
