Village Homes to host Rita Hosking Trio

The Rita Hosking Trio is the featured act at the Village Homes Performers’ Circle on Monday, July 28, at the Village Homes Community Center, 2661 Portage Bay Ave. East.

Hosking — whose voice and lyrics cover a wide range — plus Sean Feder (Dobro and banjo) and Bill Dakin (upright bass) form the Rita Hosking Trio, which continues to be a crowd-pleaser through the state.

The Village Homes Performers’ Circle is a free event. It features performers of all levels and creative expressions, and takes place on the fourth Monday of each month (except December). Sign-up begins at 6:45 p.m., with sign-up performances from 7:15 to 8:15 p.m. The featured act performs from 8:30 to 9 p.m.
