White Rice — a beatbox group of Jeremy Chen, Kunwoo Hong and David Matthews — captured the hearts and votes of the audience to beat out eight other performances to win DHS Factor last Thursday.

Singer Scott Stone was second, while third place was a tie between dancer Xavier Barkley and singing duo Jacob Muller and Eddie Berlin.

White Rice was awarded a $50 gift card to any participating business in downtown Davis.
