Winters to host wine, art in the park

Discover the wine, food and art of Yolo and Solano counties at the third annual Wine and Art in the Park on Saturday, May 11, at Rotary Park in downtown Winters. The Charlie Wade Blues Band will provide the music from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The family-run wineries of Roots to Wine will be pouring its finest selections to pair with the fare from local restaurants. Local artists will be on hand with paintings, sculptures and glassware.

Tickets are $15 in advance; $20 the day of the event. For tickets and more information, visit www.rootstowine.com.

Participating wineries include Berryessa Gap, Winters; Capay Valley Vineyards, Capay Valley; Casey Flat Ranch, Winters; Crew Wine Company, Dunnigan Hills; Julie LePla Winery, English Hills; Putah Creek Winery, Davis; Route 3, Dunnigan Hills; Seka Hills, Capay Valley; Simas Family Vineyard, Capay Valley; and Turkovitch Family Wines, Winters.
