Bouab joins Coldwell Banker’s local office

Kristen Bouab is the newest agent at Coldwell Banker-Doug Arnold Real Estate Inc. She grew up in Dixon where she played volleyball, basketball and softball. Those experiences are the foundation of a strong work ethic: She does whatever it takes to achieve the goals of her clients.

Having majored in the fine arts in college, Bouab says this has helped her become a creative problem-solver. After living in San Francisco for 10 years, she appreciates the qualities a community like Davis has to offer.

She chose to interview at Coldwell Banker because of the excellent reputation, Bouab says.

“I decided to work with (Coldwell Banker) because from the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome, comfortable and at ease,” she says. “I feel lucky to be able to work here. I look forward to reconnecting with old friends, and meeting new ones.”
