Yolo Federal Credit Union plans to open a real estate center at its downtown Davis location in early February.

The center will be staffed by Yolo FCU’s experienced real estate loan professionals, offering a variety of residential and commercial loan options to current and future members. The center will be on the second floor of its office at 501 G St.

“Utilizing available space on the second floor provides our real estate department increased efficiency through consolidation while allowing for future growth,” said Matt Isika, vice president of lending at Yolo FCU. “As our loan portfolio continues to grow, this location will help us to increase our service offerings throughout Yolo County.”

Yolo Federal Credit Union has been serving our local communities for nearly 60 years. Membership is available to anyone who lives, works or attends school in Yolo County. For more information, visit www.yolofcu.org or call 530-668-2700.
