Davis artists win prizes in Dos Coyotes poster contest

Van Hsieh, Claire Evans, Bianca Gonzales and Cristina Puente, all of Davis, won prizes in Dos Coyotes’ “Kinda Annual, Semi-Occasional Poster Contest.”

Hsieh was one of two winners selected as the “Best of Show” and will receive a $500 Dos Coyotes gift card. The restaurant also has donated $500 to the art program at Davis High School. Both winners will have their art displayed in a Dos Coyotes restaurant.

Evans and Gonzales tied for third place in the Best of Show high school division; each received a $100 Dos Coyotes gift card. Puente won first place in the Fan Favorite high school division and was awarded a $100 Dos Coyotes gift card.

Dos Coyotes has eight locations in Davis, Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville and Elk Grove.
