The Davis Downtown Business Association will host a brown-bag lunch discussion on Wednesday with Davis City Councilman Dan Wolk, who is running for re-election.
The chat runs from noon to 1 p.m. in the River City Bank conference room, 239 E St. in downtown Davis.
This lunchtime forum will give downtown business owners and community members an opportunity to meet and talk with Wolk about his vision for economic development in downtown Davis, the growing arts and entertainment community, and insight to his freshman year on the City Council.
Wolk is a graduate of Davis High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Stanford University and a law degree from UC Berkeley. He works as deputy county counsel for Solano County.
Organized by DDBA’s Visioning and Community Relations Committee, the brown-bag lunch series facilitates thought-provoking dialogue regarding issues affecting downtown Davis in a casual setting. For more information, go to www.DavisDowntown.com.
Participants are welcome to bring a lunch or purchase one at any downtown eatery. For more information, contact DDBA Director Stewart Savage at (530) 392-8324 or [email protected]
