Yolo Federal Credit Union has named Kelley Garcia as its new marketing coordinator.
Garcia, who was previously the administrative/marketing assistant for RE/MAX Real Estate of Woodland, will lead the credit union’s youth program including financial literacy presentations and the CU @ School on-site savings program. In addition, Garcia will coordinate workshops and community events, and assist with design and other credit union marketing initiatives.
Before joining Yolo Federal, Garcia assisted RE/MAX with all marketing efforts including ad design and placement, social media, website management and coordination of new marketing strategies. As a lifelong resident of Woodland, Garcia is passionate about all things local.
Garcia received her bachelor’s degree in business management with a senior focus on marketing from William Jessup University in 2010.
“We are thrilled to have Kelley join our team,” said Christina Blackman, Yolo Federal marketing manager. “She brings a wealth of knowledge about the communities we serve and will be a great addition to the Yolo FCU family.”
Yolo Federal has been serving the community for more than 55 years. Membership is available to anyone that lives, works or attends school in Yolo County.
