Low-income home buyers in Yolo County are invited to apply for up to $15,000 in matching grant funds to be used for a down payment and closing costs involved with purchase their home. Under the WISH program, Yolo Federal Credit Union will match up to $3 for every dollar contributed by the buyer toward the home purchase.

“Providing low- and moderate-income individuals and families the chance at realizing their dream of homeownership is a high priority for us,” said Clyde Brooker, CEO of the credit union. “This grant program is an important tool in helping us meet this objective.”
