The Davis Chamber of Commerce will host another Lunch & Learn Workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday.

Kim Elsbach, a professor at the Graduate School of Management at UC Davis, and Lisa Montanaro, president of Lisa Montanaro Global Enterprises, will teach participants how to “Boost Productivity and Profit with Effective Leadership and Delegation Skills.”

“Skillful leaders can grow their businesses and harness the full potential of employees by learning how to adapt their leadership approaches to situational demands, and making the most of their own time through smart delegation choices,” a Chamber news release said. “Bring your lunch, an open mind and lots of questions to this productivity-enhancing workshop.”

The workshop is free and is open to Chamber members only. It will take place in the Conference Room at the Yolo Federal Credit Union, 501 G St. in downtown Davis.

To RSVP, visit DavisChamber.com or call 530-756-5160.
