Lunchtime Leaders to focus on YouTube usage

By July 15, 2011

Stewart Savage, technology consultant and owner of Abaton Consulting in Davis, will present “YouTube: More than Marketing” at Lunchtime Leaders on Thursday.

The talk will focus on the benefits of using online video for business purposes and provide insight as to how to upload, configure and access videos on YouTube.

“In addition to attracting and engaging online customers, video is an effective tool for supporting a variety of business activities,” a news release said. “Video hosting sites, such as YouTube, can be used to market your business, provide robust customer service alternatives, document and showcase special events, and support internal professional development efforts.”

Lunchtime Leaders is a free leadership development program designed for business leaders dedicated to personal development and business achievement. The noontime sessions address a variety of contemporary topics such as technology, finance business services and more.

Lunchtime Leaders meets from noon to 1 p.m. on the third Thursday of each month at the Abaton Consulting Presentation Center, 221 G St., Suite 202, in downtown Davis. Space is limited. To participate, email Stewart Savage at [email protected]
