New agents join Coldwell Banker

Three new Realtors have joined Coldwell Banker Doug Arnold Real Estate.

Glen Sanchez, who has lived in Davis since 1997, says, “The real estate business is in my blood.” Both of his parents are residential real estate appraisers and his brother is a loan officer in the Bay Area.

Ginny Parks, was born and raised in Yolo County, earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in communication studies at UC Davis. She has been a sales marketing manager at Coldwell Banker and a sales associate, and now is realizing her dream of becoming an agent.

David Lorenzo has dedicated the past 30 years to building and maintaining a family business. With the success that business provided, he is now able to focus on his other passion, real estate.

Coldwell Banker-Doug Arnold Real Estate is headquartered at 505 Second St. in downtown Davis.
