New single-family homes for sale in Woodland

Sales of new single-family homes in Woodland’s Spring Lake development begin in June, at the Parkview neighborhood being built by Taylor Morris. The home designs feature front porches, state-of-the-art kitchens and open living areas.

The neighborhood is on Miekle Avenue off East Heritage Parkway, just west of County Road 102 in southeast Woodland.

“These spacious new homes boast meticulously designed open floor plans and are perfect for singles, couples and families of all sizes,” said Megan Gore, sales manager. “Home shoppers will quickly recognize the quality and value these new homes offer, and also appreciate the connected community atmosphere and Parkview’s convenient Woodland location.”

Homes at Parkview at Spring Lake will range in size from 1,688 to more than 2,800 square feet and offer three to five bedrooms, three baths and two-car garages. Each model boasts an open layout, a modern gourmet kitchen with pantry and center island, and spacious secondary bedrooms.

Some of the plans also feature a drop-zone entry area from the garage, a loft and a variety of flexible room options to create formal rooms for entertaining, an office or a den. Each master suite has a walk-in closet and dual vanities.

Designer upgrades include stone or marble countertops, hardwood flooring, appliance packages and lighting options.

Home shoppers are invited to join the interest list by visiting www.taylormorrison.com or calling the sales office at 530-888-8725.
