Roots Fair Trade opens April 12

Roots Fair Trade is set to open Tuesday at 231 G St. It features “fairly traded gifts from around the world.” The shelves are lined with colorful pillows, purses, pottery, scarves, jewelry and various décor.

Hours will be noon to 5:30 p.m. on Mondays, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturdays.
