The UC Davis Executive Leadership Program begins March 13. Now in its 39th year, this seminar series “provides senior-level leaders with innovative concepts to maintain their competitive edge and become catalysts for positive organizational change and growth,” a news release said.
The program features eight weeks of one-day seminars addressing the challenges executives face today, beginning by exploring assumptions about leadership communication and how leaders set the tone of their organizations. Additional seminars focus on areas such as Leadership Through Innovation, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Leading Change, and The Upward Spiral: Tapping Leadership Values to Unleash Positive Momentum in Your Organization.
Seminars are led by business experts, including Karen Hull, associate vice chancellor of organizational excellence at UC Davis; Michelle Payne, an executive leadership coach; Darrell Chambliss, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Waste Connections Inc.; Mitchel Adler, a psychologist and creator of MindBodyIntelligence; and Elizabeth Doty, a leadership consultant and author.
