Local business leaders can access the knowledge and experience of technology experts by attending “Growing Your Business — Technology Made Simple” workshop at the Small Business Development Center in Sacramento on Thursday, April 11. The session will run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Registration cost is $50, including continental breakfast and lunch. The SBDC office is at 1410 Ethan Way.
The “Technology Made Simple” workshop will teach attendees how to transform their business through the use of best practices in website creation, email marketing and effective social media.
Presenters will be Jason Eatmon, vice president, Development Group Inc.; Jonny Clark, information technology, Center for Economic Development; Karen Rice, regional development director, Constant Contact; Brent Gummow, “multi-talento,” Jimdo; Jessica Murr, a social media adviser and law student; and Panda Morgan, director of the Small Business Development Center for the greater Sacramento/Sierra region.
