Travis offers ‘Financial First Aid’ seminar

Travis Credit Union will offer a free seminar on managing finances from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, in the Travis Credit Union community room, One Travis Way, Vacaville.

To sign up for this workshop, call (707) 449-4000 or (800) 877-8328 by Sunday, March 20.

This workshop will help participants get focused on regaining control of their financial situation through careful financial assessment, expense prioritization and effective negotiation with creditors, a news release said.

Vacaville-based Travis Credit Union is a not-for-profit cooperative financial institution serving those who live or work in Alameda, Colusa, Contra Costa, Merced Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Solano, Sonoma, Stanislaus and Yolo counties. Travis has a Davis branch at 1380 E. Covell Blvd.
