West Yost Associates of Davis has selected Charles Duncan as the firm’s new president.

Duncan has been involved in the leadership of West Yost for more than 15 years and previously served as chief operating officer. His transition to the presidency represents a new chapter for the firm and builds on West Yost’s commitment to provide complete water solutions to the communities it serves, a news release said.

Duncan becomes the fourth president to lead West Yost, an employee-owned firm. Steve Dalrymple, West Yost’s immediate past president, will continue his role in leadership and as an active principal on a variety of projects for its water, wastewater, and stormwater clients.

“We are excited to be moving forward under Charles’ leadership, and we will continue to provide quality products and superior service to help our clients meet the ever-increasing challenges of water resource management,” the news release said.
