Workshop addresses Affordable Care Act

The Davis Chamber of Commerce invites business owners and managers to attend an informational workshop Tuesday on the Affordable Care Act, and leave with resources, answers and strategies capable of improving their business’ bottom line, while providing health care coverage for employees.

This event, sponsored by Woodland Healthcare, will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Veterans’ Memorial Center, 203 E. 14th St. in Davis.

The workshop will be led by experts from insurance companies Bespoke Benefits, and Wraith, Scarlett & Randolph Insurance Services. Representatives from health care and coverage providers also will be available to answer questions and discuss their various plans.

Admission to the workshop is $5 for Davis Chamber members and $15 for nonmembers. Registration is required. Lunch is not provided, but attendees are encouraged to bring their own.
