The 43rd annual Whole Earth Festival continues Sunday with drumming and tie-dye, crafts and vegetarian-friendly goodness that locals and visitors have come to expect.
The event features dozens of musical acts and speakers, about 160 crafts booths, 40 education booths and 17 vegetarian-friendly food booths.
For all the fun on the UC Davis Quad there also will be, as ever, a political undercurrent to the free, three-day event expected to attract about 30,000 people.

The Davis Community Folk Orchestra, a class offered through the Davis Adult School, will present its final concert of the school year at 7 p.m. Thursday at King High School, Seventh and B streets. Admission is free. The repertoire includes traditional folk tunes from many different parts of the world. The community is welcome.
