Orange Hut closes today

Orange Hut, the longtime Chinese restaurant at 226 Third St. near the university, closed for good Friday night. The employee I spoke with said a Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant based in Sacramento will fill the spot. It plans to remodel, with hopes of opening in November.
