Forever 21 may open next month

Forever 21 officials are looking toward an April opening, a city official says. Building improvements are still under way in University Mall on Russell Boulevard. The trendy, inexpensive women’s clothing store will fill 38,418 square feet, encompassing the former Gottschalks site as well as the lobby outside Starbucks.
