Court should define marriage

Justice is meted out by the courts. Since marriage is controlled by the state, then marriage ought to be, justly, and with justice as paramount, defined by the court (state or federal) for all citizens. Let the church define marriage for its own members, and as each interprets one’s own scriptures. John E. Moren Davis
