Death notice: Jeffery K. O’Neal

Jeffery Kevin O’Neal died on May 17, 2013. Born Aug. 22, 1954, he had been a Davis resident since 1983 and was the statewide director for the California Community College Biotechnology Initiative. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
