Maureece Jacqueline Levin and Aaron Brown Rabiroff, both of Eugene, Ore., are engaged to be married.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Barbara and Harris Levin of Davis. She is a 1999 Davis High graduate. She attended Whitman College where she received a bachelor’s degree in anthropology with a minor in Japanese. She went on to earn a master’s degree in anthropology from the University of Oregon, where she is a doctoral candidate of anthropology.

The groom-to-be is the son of Ann Brown Rabiroff and Robin Rabiroff of West Linn, Ore. He earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Reed College and a law degree from the Northwest School of Law at Lewis & Clark College. He is employed as an attorney.

The couple plan to be married on May 24, 2015, at the Tumwater Room in Oregon City, Ore.
