The talk will cover several important points about the college admissions process that students and parents need to know before they begin the journey, including information on how to build a college list, what colleges look for in applicants and financial aid.
Springer is a psychologist with 30-plus years of experience in higher education as a professor and university administrator. She is a co-author of the second edition of the best-selling book, “Admission Matters: What Students and Parents Need to Know About Getting Into College.”
She has also written “How to Succeed in College,” a guidebook for college freshmen, and has been a volunteer admissions reader for UCD.
