October 10, 2012 |

North Davis Elementary will host its 26th annual international potluck from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 18, in the school multipurpose room, 555 E. 14th St. Participants will celebrate the fact that of more than 600 students enrolled at North Davis, 183 have a language other than English in their background, which include 25 different languages from around the world.

“We also have 81 students who were born overseas, from 29 different countries,” a news release said. “We celebrate our diversity with a potluck in order to sample wonderful foods from around the world.”
