this cartoon looks to me a discrimination, actually in my opinion most of the school drivers are legal to drive in USA but, you need to think that people don't have a licence need one to drive to the field where they grow the food we eat, and drive to the restaurants where they cook the food we eat, and look to me everybody has the right to have a driver licence and i think people that don't have licence they are safer driving, because they have to paid thousands for a ticket and legal drivers they didn't care paid 25 o 40 dollars for a ticket, is like take a feather to a bird. I really hope they give a drivers licences to a people that they are very hard workers and do the job we did don't want to do.
