Another CASA training planned

By From page A10 | January 24, 2014

Yolo County CASA has started the new year strong with our largest advocate training class in years currently underway.

Many community members get involved with CASA after reading about the upcoming trainings through the newspaper, and we want to take a moment to extend our thanks to The Davis Enterprise for helping us to get the word out. It is just one example of the many ways that our local paper strengthens our community.

We’d also like to thank the Davis Athletic Club and its members for the very successful toy and book drive in December.

To accommodate potential advocates who have been unable to attend our week night trainings, we are offering a Saturday training this year, beginning in March. Please call 530-661-4200 if you are interested in joining us!

Tracy Fauver
Executive director, Yolo County CASA
