Broken sprinklers waste water

By From page A6 | April 24, 2014

There are many broken sprinklers at César Chávez Plaza on Olive Drive. They come on during the night, they water the sidewalks and bare dirt and shoot up in the air. This is an ongoing problem.

The manager has been notified, but more than a year later, no action has been taken. This is our third drought year. Maybe a letter to the editor will motivate the manager to do her job.
