Cheer for Aggies on national TV

By From page A10 | March 01, 2013

On Thursday, March 7, on Hamilton Court of the ARC Pavilion, the UC Davis men’s basketball team will host the Long Beach State 49ers at 8 p.m. — and for the first time in UCD history, the game will be televised on ESPN2.

Long Beach is ranked No. 1 in the Big West conference with a 13-2 record. UCD is ranked sixth with a 7-7 record. However, the two teams match up well and the most recent game between these two teams, played on the 49ers’ home court, was very close for the full 40 minutes.

Please, set your recording devices at home, and come to The Pavilion for the game. Wear your Aggie blue, plan to cheer strongly and come be part of an evening to remember.

The box office and Pavilion doors will open at 7 p.m. Tip-off is scheduled for 8 p.m.

If your experience is not worth the price of admission, you can call me on Friday morning and we can work out a refund
